Exchanges and Returns can be issued within 30 days of purchase date. After 30 days ALL sales are final. Exchanges and Returns need to be in original condition please.

We understand that things happen, if for whatever reason a product is defective, we will correct it immediately and send out a replacement. Please just email us with a picture included of the defective item to Help@kingdomdesigned.com

If a product is defective we will cover the shipping cost. If it is an exchange, we ask you cover the cost to ship the item back.

Because we work closely with you during the process of custom designs. There will be NO returns or exchanges on custom orders.

By placing an order with us, you are indicating that you have read this refund policy and that you agree with and fully accept the terms of this refund policy. If you do not agree or fully accept the terms, although we would love your business we ask that you do not place an order with us.
